Mundo a Sorrir was born in July 2005 to work in the oral health field, with the main objective of promoting the well-being of the most disfavored, excluded and marginalized people. We provide information and basic care in order to make oral health a universal right accessible to every individual, regardless of the respective economic, cultural and social situation.

Mundo a Sorrir – Association of Portuguese Solidary Dentists is the first Portuguese NGO of this type, working at both national and international levels through health programs and sustainable development promotion.

The Association is composed by all those who care about other people’s well-being and fight for a World without inequalities.

We aim at educating and changing the behaviors of those around us. With everyone’s help we can improve the World’s smile.
